Fax: (425) 391-0460 We are located at the base of the Sammamish Plateau on East Lake Sammamish Parkway. When coming down Inglewood Hill, turn left onto the Parkway and when coming down off of the plateau via Providence Point hill, turn right onto the Parkway.

From I-90: Exit 17, turn north (right from the east and left from the west) and travel 3.5 miles. We will be on your right.

From 520: Head eastbound to the end of the freeway. Exit to Redmond-Fall City Road and turn right. Turn right again at the second light onto E. Lake Sammamish Parkway and travel approximately 7 miles. We will be on your left.
